How do I schedule a test?

Select “Get Tested” from the menu above. Review the test options and select a test package. Include your Legal Name on the test registration. Follow the prompts to register and pay for your test. A confirmation email/text will be sent to you.

Is Sage PASS approved?

What do I do on the day of my test?

Once you schedule your test on the Sage Website, join us at our Los Angeles facility for testing. There is a private parking lot behind the building. For clientele’s privacy, access to Sage is through the back door next to the parking lot. Please press the buzzer and one of our team members will open the door. Let the greeter know you are here for Sage. A Sage representative will walk you through the testing process.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your picture identification (drivers license, state-certified identification card, passport, or passport card).

What specimens are collected for the test panels?

Silver Panel: Urine, Blood

Gold Standard + Gold Standard Plus: Urine, Blood, Oral, Rectal

What tests are included in the test panels?

Generally tests include: Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Treponema pallidum (syphilis), HIV Type 1 and 2, Hepatitis Viruses B and C. This list varies by panel.

Please check each test package before you make your purchase for specific tests the packages include and to select the correct test type.

How do I get my results? (and who is Visit Health?)

Results are sent via email. If you haven’t already signed up, you can sign up using this Registration Link for your patient profile. The email you use when you register will be the email the results are sent to. You can also register at our location, and it will take 10-12 minutes to do this. You must be registered before getting your collection. Results emails will come from donotreply @ ihdlab.com.

Visit Health is our lab partner and a fully operational Urgent Care located in the same facility as Sage; we work together to provide exceptional service and best-in-class testing. If you would like to visit the Urgent Care, the Sage team will be happy to connect you when you are on site.

How soon can I expect my lab results?

Your results will be emailed to you within 24 hours from receipt of the specimens at the lab, not from collection time. Results guaranteed by 12pm the next day.

Can I cancel a test I purchased?

Cancellation can occur before the test samples have been collected. Email us at cs@mysagehealth.net to request a refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.

What locations can I test at and do you offer Concierge testing?

We do not offer personal Concierge testing. Concierge testing is only for Studios, On-Set and Agencies. Email cs@mysagehealth.net for more information.

What is Solv and why are they emailing me?

Solv is the registration platform for the patient profile. Once you receive an email from them you can click the “Unsubscribe” and you will not receive any additional emails. You do not need to set up and account or add your insurance information.

What is a lab test? (and what are all the timings on my test?)

A laboratory (lab) test is a procedure in which a health care provider takes a sample of your blood, urine, other bodily fluid, or body tissue to get information about your health. Lab tests are used to help diagnose, screen, or monitor a specific disease or condition or provide more general information about your organs and body systems. The timings listed on your Lab Results are internal markers for the Lab. When all tests are completed the Lab Results are sent to you.

My lab results have not been received. What do I do?

Email us at cs@mysagehealth.net and include the name you took the test under and the time and date of collection or call us at 310.800.1104 (8am -8pm daily).
